How we guarantee the result
Every tape follows the same protocol, with no surprises or hidden steps
Reception and diagnosis
Every unit that comes in gets a label —on the tape and on its case— with the customer's details, order number, total quantity, type of conversion and the unit's unique number. This gives us full control of the material and complete traceability, and the files we deliver follow the same numbering so each tape matches its file. We check every item before handling it: physical condition, risk of mould, and whether the internal binder has degraded (which makes the tape squeal or jam).
Signal stabilization (TBC)
A time base corrector removes jumps, lines and flicker before capture.
Quality control
Picture, sound and sync are checked before delivery.
Delivery
On the media of your choice, with your original material returned.
Physical repair
Broken tapes, or transferring the reels to new housing if the original is unusable.
Specialized treatment
Cases of mould or critical chemical degradation, depending on the actual condition of each item.
Native HD capture (Blackmagic Design)
Optional upgrade on the standard capture. The cost is quoted by format and volume — ask us before ordering your digitization.
